Introduction
OHLOPL is designed as a local-first application. OHLOPL does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information with the developer or third parties. User information used by the app is processed locally on the user's device unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
No Account Required
OHLOPL does not require users to create an account. OHLOPL does not request or store account credentials, email addresses, phone numbers, or profile information as part of normal app operation.
Data Stored on Your Device
OHLOPL may store information locally when it is necessary for product functionality, including:
- schedules;
- app protection selections;
- focus and activity history;
- language and app preferences; and
- OHLOPL CARD binding state.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to OHLOPL servers.
Screen Time and Family Controls
OHLOPL uses Apple's Screen Time, Family Controls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings technologies to apply user-configured app protection. App selections provided by Apple's Family Controls APIs are handled using Apple's privacy-preserving mechanisms. OHLOPL does not transmit these selections to an OHLOPL server.
OHLOPL CARD and NFC
OHLOPL can use NFC to read and verify a compatible OHLOPL CARD for protected actions. The iOS app uses NFC for card verification only. NFC operations performed by the current OHLOPL iOS app are read-only.
OHLOPL does not write to, format, or lock the card. Card verification information remains on the device and is not uploaded to OHLOPL servers.
Activity Information
OHLOPL may maintain local activity information required to show you your own focus history. This information remains on your device. OHLOPL does not use this information for advertising, tracking, profiling, or analytics.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
OHLOPL does not currently use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party tracking technologies. OHLOPL does not sell personal information.
Third-Party Services
The current version of OHLOPL does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs. Apple platform services used by OHLOPL are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
Network Communication
The current version of OHLOPL does not require an OHLOPL server for its core app-protection functionality. Based on the current release architecture, OHLOPL does not upload your schedules, app selections, activity history, or OHLOPL CARD state to an OHLOPL backend.
Data Retention
Locally stored OHLOPL information remains on your device as needed for app functionality. You may remove locally stored information through relevant in-app controls where available, or by removing the app, subject to normal iOS behavior.
Children
OHLOPL is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
OHLOPL is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping its functional data on your device and avoiding unnecessary server-side collection.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If OHLOPL's data practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
